So I’m giving up all social networking sites for lent but it’s a little inconvenient with this blog because I will be done with my intuitive eating group by then :( waaah. However, I know I need to do this so hold on tight and when I get back I shall update with all my intuitive goodness <3

Yesterday;

I realize I didn’t update like I had promised. Sowwyyy! SO everything went great with my intake counselor, she is very proud of the internal progress I’ve made. Joining the Intuitive Eating group was the best thing I have ever done for myself and it shows in my mood and how I feel about myself. We had two girls missing in group, booo! But it went good still, there was a talk about how some people should let others talk more. I’m glad Bridgette brought this up because there’s one girl in the group who relates to EVERYTHING that is being talked about and it gets annoying at times…On a sad note another girl cried :( it gets emotional in there. I feel good tho, I love it.
